This potentiometer from Bourns is a 500K split-shaft push/pull audio taper pot for electric and semi-acoustic guitars loaded with humbucker pickups. This quality push/pull potentiometer is primarily designed for use as a volume control and enables you to switch between two voicings, e.g. switching between parallel and series wiring, by reversing the polarity of one of your pickups, or by activating a coil-split or coil-tap mod.
