The MXL CR30 studio microphone is designed for recording vocals, speech and acoustic instruments. This stylish large-diaphragm condenser mic with a black chrome finish delivers warm, rich sound and is pleasantly compact in size. It comes in an aluminium case, complete with a shock mount and a cleaning cloth.
Features of the CR30
Both low and high tones come through beautifully thanks to the MXL's wide frequency range of 20 Hz to 20 kHz. Its unidirectional character ensures that ambient noise is effectively kept to the background, so all this mic needs to worry about is picking up what's directly in front of it. Turn the CR30's sensitivity down with the pad switch when recording louder audio sources.
