General

The Pinwheel is an effects pedal by Fender that emulates rotary speaker effects. It has three different rotary speaker voices including one called the Vibratone that Fender developed themselves. There's a mode switch for selecting your desired voice which can then be tweaked using the fast and slow control knobs. The Pinwheel also has an overdrive on board with its own drive and tone potentiometers. Other controls include sensitivity that changes the modulation rate based on the dynamics in your playing. The pedal has stereo inputs and output and a special setting allowing it to be used with keyboards too.
