Yamaha introduces the Matteo Mancuso Signature Revstar

With the launch of the RS20MM, Yamaha puts one of today’s most talked-about guitarists firmly in the spotlight. Matteo Mancuso made waves worldwide with his exceptional technique—playing entirely without a plectrum while effortlessly blending elements of jazz, rock, and fusion. His videos and live performances have earned him widespread acclaim across the guitar community, making this new signature Revstar a highly anticipated release. Designed in close partnership with Mancuso, the RS20MM is directly based on the Revstar models he uses on stage.

DiMarzio pickups and versatile tonal control

According to Yamaha, the RS20MM was engineered to bring the response and versatility of Mancuso's personal instrument to a production model. The guitar comes equipped with a pair of DiMarzio PAF 36th Anniversary humbuckers, paired with a 5-way selector switch for a broad range of tonal options. On top of that, the passive Focus Switch delivers an extra sonic boost, enhancing the mid-range and lower frequencies. A chambered mahogany body, carbon-reinforced neck, and signature Vintage Sunburst finish complete the package.
