Epiphone present the ES Collection E-335: a more affordable take on the legendary ES-335 semi-acoustic guitar built by parent company Gibson and packed with various welcome upgrades. The semi-hollow maple body shapes that much-loved airy foundation while the C-profiled mahogany neck gives this model a trusted and familiar playing feel. Amplified by two Alnico Classic PRO humbuckers, this thinline cherry-bomb spans an array of tonal colours.

The Epiphone ES-335 Figured: CTS Pots, GraphTech Nut & LockTone Hardware

The electronics section of the slimmed down ES-335 has been loaded with genuine CTS pots while a set of fitted Grover machine heads has been teamed up with a Graptech NuBone nut and Epiphone's own LockTone bridge and tailpiece to support pure intonation and stable tuning. Topped with the classic charm of a Kalamazoo headstock, this instrument bears distinct Epiphone style.

Ik heb deze gitaar nu 2 weken, en ik ben er heel erg van onder de indruk. Ik gebruik de gitaar voor blues, classic rock en indie rock over een Marshall 20W versterker, en ik ben onder de indruk van de sound. Ook de set-up was meer dan prima; ik kon hem eigenlijk direct goed bespelen nadat ik hem uit had gepakt. Ok de hals is voor mij erg prettig, niet te dik en niet te dun, just fine dus. Kortom: voor liefhebbers van een warme sound een aanrader!
