General
The Rode Wireless Go II wireless microphone system sets you up with a dual receiver and two microphones with integrated transmitters. Built with interviewing vloggers and YouTubers in mind, the receiver comes fitted with a mini-jack output for direct connection to the audio input of a smartphone, tablet, computer, or laptop, and for an even more streamlined set up, provides a USB-C port so it can be set up as a neat little audio interface. The two clip-on transmitters each come with an integrated omnidirectional microphone but have also been finished with a microphone input so you can just as easily hook up you're own lavalier or headset microphone. Since signal interference and drop-out can happen with even the best wireless set-ups, the Wireless Go II comes with a clever back-up system that automatically saves the audio to an internal memory built into the transmitters. The Rode Wireless Go II operates over the licence free, 2.4GHz frequency band.

Sound quality from one of the transmitters was lacking the presence of the other. Also, the battery on that other failed in about 60 minutes despite spec stating that battery lasts 7 hours. After recharging to 100%, the battery lost power in a few minutes. Prior to power loss, the transmitter introduced an unacceptable ticking sound into the recording. Batteries cannot be replaced once they fail. Packaging no good either - the box has to be forced open and damaged to get at the product.

I'm having loads of fun with the Rode Wireless Go2, very easy to use. If you set them up right and pay attention to placement, they will return very useable audio. As for Bax, great price and service, I will be using them again.

Game Changer !
I'm filming lots of short interviews on the street with an iPhone.... But the audio is often unusable due to extraneous noise. wired lav mics are an extra barrier to me asking someone on the street for an interview. The Wireless Go 2 has been brilliant. I just plug them in, turn them on and leave them running all day (7hr battery). Each time i do an interview the audio is automatically coming from me and from the interviewee I've popped a Go Mic onto.
They do lose signal at a distance but that has not been a problem for my use case.
I highly recommend.

Careful with this product if your work involves any kind of movement. I rented these for a theatre project and it messed up absolutely everything because the signal kept on cutting out when the actors were moving. Have a look at other reviews on youtube. This product is unfortunately faulty from a manufacturing point of view.

Zeer handig om mee te werken. 1 voor de zang, waar ik m'n headsetje microfoontje op aansluit.
En 1 voor m'n ukulele.
Apart in te stellen voor volume en effecten door de splitkralen die ik erbij besteld hebt aan kind jack naar 2 gewone jack.
Ik hoefde verder niks te doen. Alleen opladen van te voren via de usb ingang van m'n computer en de aanknopjes in te drukken. Ideaal en gemakkelijk.

Echt geweldig microfoon wnnr ik ga vloggen of video gaat opnemen daardoor is microfoon echt goeie kwaliteit om te gebruiken. Maar let op: koop ook juiste kabel erbij dat je met mobiel kunt aansluiten!. Enige dat handleiding had beter duidelijk kunnen maken!.
Ben zkr blij met aankoop van rode draadloze microfoon en zkr aanraden.

Onwijs compacte goede microfoontjes, ik heb ze aangeschaft om te podcasten wandelend, en ook binnen zodat je tenminste vrij kan bewegen en neit zo statisch in een houding zit. Werkt tot nu toe top. Moest me wel echt verdiepen in het installeren, en daarvoor internet erbij gebruiken. De bijgevoegde handleiding is te cryptisch en magertjes. rode website is beter. Let op dat je de juiste kabels erbij bestelt, want ik wilde ze aan mn telefoon koppelen maar dat kan alleen met rode kabel en geen andere :)
Als je ze eenmaal leert kennen, zijn ze echt super handzaam en gemakkelijk in gebruik. Met de fluff erop werken ze goed buiten! is het bijna of je een beestje op je vest/jas hebt zitten ;P
Zonder dollen, ik vind het een nette investering voor een goede kwaliteit opname apparatuur. en met de rode app erbij simpel te gebruiken. I like!
Als je ze eenmaal leert kennen, zijn ze echt super handzaam en gemakkelijk in gebruik. Met de fluff erop werken ze goed buiten! is het bijna of je een beestje op je vest/jas hebt zitten ;P

Prima set, heel handig om opnames te maken tijdens wandelingen, waarbij je niet met een microfoon wilt leuren. Je kunt hem ook ergens neerleggen om achtergrondgeluid op te nemen.
Enige nadeel is de handleiding, die vind ik wel cryptisch. Ik wist bijvoorbeeld niet dat ik een Rode app moest downloaden en de instellingen van de microfoons moest aanpassen om daadwerkelijk op te nemen. Ook goed om eerst een aantal keren te testen voordat je er echt officieel mee aan de slag gaat.

Een uiterst praktisch systeem dat eenvoudig in gebruik is, klein en licht van gewicht. Gkocht voor het opnemen van podcasts en interviews in een remote locatie setting , dus het is ideal met twee transmitters die afzonderlijk kunnen worden opgenomen om individueel te bewerken. Gemakkelijk te koppelen met de software of app op zowel de laptop als de smartphone (hoewel je wel een kabel moet aanschaffen voor de smartphone) en ook voor m';n Rodecaster Pro classic. Zeer tevreden met mijn aankoop, vooral gezien de uiterst redelijke prijs voor beginners.
