General

The DAP CS-850S is an 8-inch subwoofer that you can build into a ceiling. This subwoofer is suitable for public spaces and can mainly be used as an addition to an existing system to boost the bass. After all, this speaker has a frequency range of 28 to 200Hz and is equipped with a passive crossover that filters out the high frequencies. You can also disconnect this crossover from the transformer. That way, you can connect the subwoofer to an external low-impedance amplifier. The enclosure has a neutral white colour, but can be painted to match any interior.
