The DCS-8240 is a design speaker to be built into a ceiling. This speaker gets the designation design because of its thin design. There is almost no edge around the grill and the depth of the grill is also very limited. This makes the DCS-8240 almost invisible after mounting. To simplify this assembly, the grill is held in place by strong magnets. This way, you can also easily take the grill off and put it back on when needed. With its 8-inch woofer and 1-inch tweeter, this is a powerful speaker for in a 100-volt system.
