This DN-106S speaker by Denon Professional is designed to be mounted on the ceiling. It offers highly detailed, articulate audio and it meets fire-safety guidelines with regards the installation of multiple units. Just like its counterpart the Denon DN-104S, this speaker has a metal fire-retardant housing on the rear that contains the woofer and optimises the low frequencies as well.
DN-106S: the next step up
Just like the DN-104S, the DN-106S also features high-quality drive units inside the specially-developed tuned housing, which means your low frequency will come through loud and clear. This ceiling speaker is designed for use in public areas for educational or business applications. It's powered by 70 or 100 volts, and can be daisy-chained with multiple units without any impedance problems. Each speaker amplifier provides enough power, so you don't have to invest in heavy, professional amplifiers.
