General

The Visaton DK 8 MW is a robust 100V horn loudspeaker that excels in speech projection. Thanks to its high average sound pressure level of 108 dB (1 W/1 m), announcements and messages are easily understood even in noisy environments. You easily choose between 100 V, 70 V or 8 Ohm mode via the rotary knob, for maximum flexibility in various installations. The IP66 rating makes this horn loudspeaker resistant to weather and wind, while the light grey ABS housing is extra UV-resistant. With the rotatable stainless steel mounting bracket, you can effortlessly mount the DK 8 MW on walls, ceilings or columns wherever you want to achieve clear voice or alarm signalling.
