General
If you are a PA engineer - ie: you have racks full of equalisers, amplifiers, microphone receivers etc. - then power supply is something you may have thought about. Possibly you're a studio engineer with all vintage (and unaffordable) mastering compressors in a rack. Same thoughts, no doubt. Because what you don't want is overvoltage from your power supply. If only because certain vintage and prohibitively expensive rack modules are not easily replaceable. What you can use is the Radial Power-1. This is a power distributor in 1U rack format. No less than 13 IEC13 connectors - so you need IEC extension cables. But more importantly, this includes surge protection, and all connected racks can be switched on and off with one switch on this Power-1.
