The Hohner Corona III Zuleta Signature was developed in honour of Emiliano Zuleta Díaz, son of the legendary Emiliano Zuleta Baquero, the godfather of vallenato music. After more than 40 years as a musician, over 60 original compositions and more than 50 albums, this signature accordion pays tribute to a truly exceptional artist who plays ‘vallenato típico’ like no other. Based on the popular Corona III model, this instrument offers everything the vallenato needs.
Unique design and sound
The unique design and beautiful sound are complemented by Emiliano Zuleta’s signature, which is printed on every instrument. The instrument has 62 notes, distributed across 31 buttons in 3 rows in a 3-voice diatonic treble, tuned to B/Bb/Ab. The bass section features 12 standard bass notes with 6 bass voices. Measuring 31 x 19 cm and weighing 4.6 kg, and supplied with comfortable Ergoline carrying straps, this accordion is a fitting tribute to a vallenato legend.
