General
Hohner has been one of the best-known brands in accordion and harmonica for decades. The name of this lovely little instrument says it all: XS - extra small. Indeed, this cheerful entry-level model is perfect for the youngest accordionists. The Hohner XS weighs less than 3 kilograms and is barely 30 centimetres high. But make no mistake! Despite its small size, you can learn all the basics of accordion playing on this instrument.
Lots of fun in a small size
The Hohner XS has 21 keys on the right and 15 basses on the left: enough for all your favourite songs. Fancy something cheerful, or do you prefer something melancholic? On the bass side, you'll find both major and minor chord basses, so the choice is entirely up to you. Extra convenient are the small Click 'n Play straps, which you easily attach, and the tilting keyboard. So you never have to wriggle into awkward positions. Now let the air flow through the interior, and that sparkling sound of the accordion instantly appears.
