The special FSR edition of the CD-60 V3 boasts an all-mahogany build, gearing-up beginner guitarists with the resonance of mahogany coupled with the rich presence of a classic dreadnought body and Fender-grade playing comfort. So, the soundboard, sides and back have been made from laminated mahogany, while a nato neck and walnut bridge polish off the design.

The Fender CD-60 V3: A Comfortable Acoustic

The mahogany, walnut and nato combo delivers warm and full acoustic sound that's given a sweet and woody edge as well as the optimum level of attack by the body shape. Beautiful, handsome guitar. Bax Music had the best price, and when I missed delivery the first time, I got an instant redelivery despite postage strikes.
The guitar is beautiful, sounds great, and really is as playable as all the reviews say. It's really easy to fret chords on this one. The sound is beautiful, and it stays in tune for a long time. Perfect for anyone who plays for their own leisure.
