The special FSR edition of the CD-60 V3 boasts an all-mahogany build, gearing-up beginner guitarists with the resonance of mahogany coupled with the rich presence of a classic dreadnought body and Fender-grade playing comfort. So, the soundboard, sides and back have been made from laminated mahogany, while a nato neck and walnut bridge polish off the design.
The Fender CD-60 V3: A Comfortable Acoustic
The mahogany, walnut and nato combo delivers warm and full acoustic sound that's given a sweet and woody edge as well as the optimum level of attack by the body shape. Whether finger-picking or strumming, the C-profile neck ensures smooth playability and the 25.3 inch scale length reduces string tension to lighten the feel beneath the fret-hand when compared to most standard acoustic models - perfect for training guitarists.
