Running a Vantec speaker system and want to add more sonic depth? Just hook up the DAS Audio Vantec-18A subwoofer and gain 1,000 Watts of low-frequency-focussed performance. This 18-inch sub is driven by a class-D amplifier that peaks at 2,000 Watts and powers a DAS 18LX long excursion woofer that's been teamed up with a 4-inch voice-coil. As well as a gain control and a polarity-reverse switch, the Vantec-18A comes equipped with a variable crossover (80 to 250 Hertz range) that can be switched off for a stereo loop-thru configuration.
