General
The Electro Harmonix 44 Magnum is the big brother of the 22 Magnum. This guitar amplifier is so small it fits in the palm of your hand, but still delivers an impressive performance.
Amplification
The 44 Magnum pedal is a 25W power amp with an impedance of 8 or 16 ohms, which drives your speaker cabinet. Turn up the volume knob and the pedal is even capable of delivering overdrive. Not only can you control the output with a single knob, you can also colour your guitar signal with a overdriven edge.
The bright knob, meanwhile, opens up your trebles and adds definition. Output, overdrive, presence and definition are all yours to control with just a turn of one of the 44 Magnum's two knobs.
Don't be fooled by its compact size - the 44 Mag is a force to be reckoned with!
Tips or comments about this product- Warning: do not connect the output of the 44 Magnum to the input of another amplifier, effect pedal, mixer, computer, computer interface or similar device.
- Electro Harmonix recommends that the pedal is only used in combination with 8 or 16-ohm speakers.

Bij te lage volumes is het geluid wat aan de doffe kant (ook op de bright stand), wanneer je de volume knop ongeveer tot de helft draait begin je een onplezierige drive te horen. Er zit rond een kwart van de volume knop een erg fijne sound die die zowel goed genoeg als luid genoeg is om gigs mee te kunnen doen, ik kom met gemak boven de punk/rock drummer uit!

Grande resa, minimo ingombro. Ideale per chi ha un set up di stomp-device. Se abbinato ad un pre desiderato (magari con un buon cab-sim&D.I. per andare in linea) non fa rimpiangere alcuna testata fisica. Insomma, un finale di potenza delle dimensioni di un portafoglio: l'ideale per chi deve viaggiare e cambiare spesso palco senza perdere tempo o impaurirsi ad ogni imbarco in stiva della propria strumentazione.

Bij te lage volumes is het geluid wat aan de doffe kant (ook op de bright stand), wanneer je de volume knop ongeveer tot de helft draait begin je een onplezierige drive te horen. Er zit rond een kwart van de volume knop een erg fijne sound die die zowel goed genoeg als luid genoeg is om gigs mee te kunnen doen, ik kom met gemak boven de punk/rock drummer uit!

Ideale repetitieversterker of back-up voor optredens. Ik heb hem gekocht om die reden, samen met mijn Line 6 POD XT haal ik er alle sounds uit die ik nodig heb. En als je je afvraagt of hij in een band wel hard genoeg gaat: absoluut!
Een ding om wel rekening mee te houden: de adapter is net zo groot als de eindtrap zelf. Het is een zelfde soort adapter als je bij een laptop hebt.
De bright switch staat bij mij aan, zonder is het geluid wat aan de doffe kant. Maar dit is uiteraard smaakgebonden, het is handig om die feature erop te hebben.
De Magnum heeft geen aan- en uitschakelaar, zorg ervoor dat je speakercab aangesloten is voordat je de stekker in het stopcontact steekt!
De levering was prima in orde, 's avonds voor 22.00 uur besteld, de dag erna geleverd :-)
