Back in the seventies, Orange issued an amplifier that produces what became the definition of their sound: the Pics Only. To commemorate their fortieth anniversary, Orange Amps re-issued a limited edition of this famed amp, called the OR50H. Thanks to its overwhelming success and great demand, the amp maker decided to offer a 15&7 watts version: the OR15H. It is a guitar amplifier head that hints at the authentic vintage amplifier by means of its construction, genuine blues rock sound and of course its characteristic, attractive looks.

Sparkling

The OR15H can be connected to either a 16 or an 8 ohms cabinet, or two 16-ohm cabinets via the two 8-ohm outputs - and easily switches from 15 to 7 watts. This ability makes this class-A amplifier perfect for smaller performances or studio use. The clean sound of the OR15H is really sparkling and offers the genuine British rock sound. Turn up the gain and the amp puts forth a heavy, fat overdrive with enough volume to handle the performance you'd normally leave for a bigger amplifier. What's more, judging by what it can do, this amplifier has a very attractive price!
