General

The SRC 2496 is a 24-bit/96kHz A/D and D/A converter that lets you convert analogue signals to digital and vice versa. It was designed with studio use in mind, considering the different types of analogue and digital devices that are required to communicate with one another. The converter also functions as a splitter, so all three outputs (RCA, optical, XLR) can be used simultaneously, so you can enjoy all the connection flexibility this converter has to offer!

Wrote the following about Behringer SRC 2496 converter

Setup gedaan in 5 minuten. Ben nog vrij hard noob, maar door mijn kennis van de PC wist ik al vrij snel voor wat elk knopje diende. Misschien niet de goedkoopste, maar een andig apparaat voor alle analoog/digitaal omzettingen die ik nodig heb. Eenmaal ingesteld had ik er ook geen omkijken meer naar.

Een pittig geprijsde AD-DA omzetter zeg maar. Gezien de kwaliteit en mogelijkheden valt dat dan wel weer mee. Erg fijn ding in het digitale geluidsoerwoud, kan alles omzetten en dat scheelt een hoop frustratie.
