It's way beyond dispute that WaveLab has been a favourite among producers and audio-editors for some time already and, with the all-new edition: WaveLab 12 Pro, they're treated to plenty of extras and improvements. The lion's share of the novelties cater for the professionals, including the new loudness report feature and track-hide options. Any beginner's are unlikely to need these, so might prefer the more streamlined and less pricey Elements edition. The Pro version, meanwhile, really does include every possible tool that could ever fit in the box, so might be the ultimate audio-editor - whether you're working with a Windows or Mac system.
