The body is built from a solid Sitka spruce soundboard, a solid mahogany back and solid mahogany sides: a tried-and-true recipe for wide-range, versatile acoustic sound. Finished with a high-grade Fishman Sonitone preamp and pickup system, this guitar can be plugged in on stage or in the studio. Form-fitting gig bag included.

The D'Angelico Excel Lexington Dreadnought: Pro-Grade Playability

The playability of this model is just as impressive as the sound. The mahogany neck has been given a classic C-profile for a snug feel in the fret-hand, while the dark ebony fretboard is navigated with smooth ease thanks to a set of mother-of-pearl 'Small Diamond' position markers.
