Ik bestelde de koffer online. De levering was snel en goed. Maar de koffer zelf is pure plastiek. De mijne sluit ook niet goed, het deksel ligt niet mooi gelijk op de onderkant. Als ik er dan nog een dreadnough gitaar in steek (k moet al goed drukken om de gitaar er in te krijgen, de koffer lijkt te smal), waar hij volgens de site toch kan voor dienen, dan krijg ik de koffer al helemaal niet dicht. Ik wou hem terugsturen, maar er zat al een licht wrijfspoor in de koffer toen ik hem kreeg, en las ik dat je dan slechts een gedeeltelijke teruggave krijgt, heb ik hem maar gehouden. Ik heb momenteel geen kleiner model gitaar dan dreadnough, dus de koffer kan ik niet gebruiken. Jammer, een slechte ervaring voor mij

- l'accueil téléphonique est très agréable et sympathique (5 étoiles)
- l'envoi a été rapide
Mais sur l"étui (2-3 étoiles)
- la largeur annoncée ( 40cm) est fausse (ou c'est sans la mousse), elle ne fait que 38,5 cm au plus large.
- ma guitare de 39,7 cm passe en comprimant la mousse qui n'est pas très dense et force l'étui dont le couvercle ne tombe plus en face.
- si vous appuyez un peu sur le couvercle bombé, celui s'enfonce et reste bombé ... à l'envers vers l’intérieur. Pas top. Ne prenez pas l'avion avec .
- bref , c'est de l'entrée de gamme pas cher, mais qui ne protège pas votre guitare sauf si vous restez chez vous ou sur le dessus des bagages en voiture, et à condition qu'elle rentre dedans.
Si votre guitare fait 38,5 cm de large ça passera, suivant l'usage, il peut faire l'affaire.

- A propos du SAV de Bax-shop et de la promesse du retour gratuit : (1 étoile c'est trop pour l'instant)
j'en ai fait la demande il y a plus de 3 semaines et j'ai toujours cet étui inutile sur les bras et je n'ai plus mon argent pour acheter un étui solide correspondant à la taille de ma guitare nex .
J'attends toujours le bon de retour. Je vais devoir les relancer.
Autant l'accueil téléphonique en France est sympa, autant ça ne suis pas derrière.
je crains qu'il ne faille se battre pour qu'ils respectent leur contrat.
Cela ne fait pas sérieux pour cette entreprise et décourage de nouveaux achats.
Les gens sans parole sont décevants et nuisibles au commerce.
j'aurais préféré recevoir le bon de retour plutôt qu'une enquête de satisfaction.
