What is a B-Stock Item? Any item we can no longer sell as new is labelled B-stock. General

Inspired by the Klon Centaur, EHX developed the affordable Soul Food. The Electro Harmonix Soul Food is a rewarding overdrive pedal that lifts your guitar sound above the mix in a remarkably transparent way. Add a rough edge, go for total distortion or simply choose a clean boost (by turning the Drive knob all the way down) to overdrive a tube amplifier for instance. The Soul Food offers a highly defined sound and excellent headroom, and responds beautifully to the force of your playing.

Experimenting with the Soul Food

The Drive knob, which adds a pleasant dose of mids to your sound, offers a range of tones. The Treble knob of the pedal allows you to experiment, either boosting or toning down the high frequencies. If you like, you can use an internal switch to set the Soul Food to a high-quality Buffered Bypass, which compensates for possible signal loss, for instance if you're using long cables. The Electro Harmonix stomp box can be powered by a 9-volt battery or using the included power adapter.
