Any Tom DeLonge fans will have seen him on stage with a Starcaster in his hands, and now, you can get your grubby mits on the same model: meet the Fender Tom DeLonge Starcaster. This no-nonsense model features a semi-hollow body made from laminated maple and finished with a centre block, completing a naturally resonant and deep acoustic sound with a fierce attack.

The Fender Tom DeLonge Starcaster: Surprisingly Versatile

Don't be fooled by the stripped-back look of this model, because this guitar packs some surprising tonal versatility. Since the Blink 182 guitarist has opted for a single Seymour Duncan® Duncan Custom SH-5 pup, you're getting the full-body sound needed to back up thick power chords, but thanks to the built-in treble-bleed circuit, even when you dial the volume pot all way back, you gain punchy cleans and fully retained definition.

An Eye for Detail

The maple neck of the Fender Tom DeLonge Starcaster has been finished with a Modern-C carve, laying down a comfy and endlessly playable foundation for the rosewood fretboard, which has been given a classic 9.5 inch radius. As a handy bonus, the headstock has also been fitted out with a set of locking machine heads, which doesn't just firm up the tuning but speeds up string changes and completes a more-than-reliable stage partner.
