General

This Z-style keyboard stand accommodates two keyboards with a maximum cumulative weight of 130 kilograms. By means of some technical dots, the upper attachment can be adjusted to the desired height and angle. This can be from 70 to 90 degrees, and a click system then ensures that your keyboards remain firmly in place. What is very convenient about this tripod is that it automatically clicks into place when you have reached the desired height.

Adjustable tripod

Many tripods do not have this feature, resulting in you having to fix the tripod at the desired height with one hand and try to maintain the correct height with the other. This often fails, so you don't reach exactly the height you wanted. So this solves that problem. You will also find an adjustable rubber base on this tripod, in case you find yourself standing on a slight slope with your keyboards or when the ground is just not level. The tripod weighs about 11.5 kilograms.

Wrote the following about Hercules Stands KS410B Z-style keyboard stand

Het onderste deel is fijn, stevig en zeer compact opvouwbaar. Het bovenste deel heeft maar 2 standen voor de hoek: horizontaal of bijzonder schuin naar beneden. Beiden speelt niet prettig: display is dan onleesbaar, of je moet je pols in een hoek zetten. Bovendien is mijn bovenste keyboard zeer schuin aan de onderkant (montage 7) waardoor die over de -naar beneden schuivende- stops heen komt schuiven.
