The Yamaha HH-65 hi-hat controller can be used to control the hi-hat of a DTXPress III electronic drum kit. It gives you full control, which means you can open and close the hi-hat cymbals at will with your foot. In fact, the HH-65 is so advanced that it even allows for half open hi-hats and foot splash techniques. It'll sound and feel as if you're playing acoustic hi-hats! The controller is compatible with the standard hi-hat of a Yamaha DTX drum kit, but you can also combine it with the additional PCY90AT cymbal.
