This little box converts the phono signal into a higher-quality line signal, prepping it for your amplifier, mixer, or USB audio interface, and thanks to a smart RIAA equalization technique, the sound of your turntable is treated to a flat frequency response to ensure that the higher and lower ranges aren't hindered by extreme peaks and drops. Partner it with any mixer or power amplifier that doesn't come fitted with a phono input for the perfect combo, or just use it to directly connect your turntable to your speaker system.

Wrote the following about DAP PRE-101 Phono Preamp

I was looking for a phono preamp for my first turntable set up. This is a great product at a great price. Easy to set up and it does exactly what it should. I would definately recommend this product.
