General

In Paiste's special Masters series, the Dark Crash Ride cymbals still manage to stand out from the rest. Because although they have a classic ride size, they are extra thin. As a result, the Paiste CuSn20 bronze (B20) used sounds dark, trashy and low. This means a clear and light stick definition, with a very direct and lively wash. Due to its light weight, this cymbal is best suited to low-volume playing styles, for example acoustic music styles. But percussionists will also enjoy it, especially the way the cymbal swells when played with mallets. This is the 20-inch version.

Tips or comments about this product

Please note that it is normal for the cymbal surface of a Paiste Master cymbal to have bumps. The unusual appearance is due to the very extensive manufacturing process of these handmade cymbals. This process guarantees the unique sound of the Master series.
