A great design, let down by poor manufacturing and quality control. Components like the 45° bends do not easily fit together due to a limited amount of play in the socket and post weldings. All three legs must be seated perfectly in their corresponding sockets for the wing nuts to go through to the tapped hole in the post, but if the welding of the pre-drilled wider tube used to make the socket is off by a fraction on just one of the legs, then only 1 or 2 of the 3 holes required will line up sufficiently to allow the wing nuts to go in. I'll try putting a bigger external chamfer on the mis-welded legs, and hopefully that will allow the end of the bar to slip inside the hollow tube enough that the wing nut will line up and go in. As it is, the wing nuts will become cross-threaded - they are too soft (mild steel) - if I try to force them in at the unnatural angle required by the misalignment.
I'm somewhat disappointed in this given the price of these and the good name of Innox. I'd return them but there's too little time between now and when they are needed.
