Absolutely gutted about this piano. Splashed out Christmas on a new seat - more expensive than other wooden ones I was looking at. The seat top is lovely but then there are absolutely horrible light plastic handles on the side for adjusting the height. It utterly ruins the stool, makes it looks cheap and upsets me when I see it. It’s such a bit item with loads of packaging that I’ve no idea even how I would start to return it. I’m so gutted. Why would they ruin a great stool by adding such a cheap final design. You absolutely cannot tell the handles are plastic from the picture. Totally feel cheated on this.
