Prima ding!! Doet wat ie moet doen en goed ook. Volume voor thuis prima te gebruiken. Op mijn versie zitten echter helaas maar 2 attenuator niveaus namelijk 1% en 3%. Op de website van Koch staat de versie met ook nog 5%.
De website is blijkbaar verouderd want in 2023 wordt de nieuwe versie verwacht staat in rode tekst boven dit apparaat.....
Nadeel is dus voor mij dat je het volume te weinig kunt bepalen, vandaar 4 sterren.

Koch DB60-H Dummybox Home

Dit is een handig product. Ik bezit enkele 50 watt Marshall versterkers en die dingen zijn oorverdovend.
En dat maakt ze ook zo geweldig, maar soms wil je wat minder hard. Met deze dummy load kan je de versterker gebruiken op huiskamer niveau. En dat terwijl ze vol open staan voor die fijne eindbuizen distorsie.

Daarnaast kan je via een line out opnemen, wat ik ook gebruikt heb. Dit werkt helemaal top! Je kan daarbij nog kiezen voor 2 soorten speaker emulatie of geen.

Je zou deze line out in een live stitatie ook door kunnen lussen naar de P.A. en dan je speaker cab op de THRU poort (geen attenuation) aansluiten. Dit heb ik niet geprobeerd.

Je kan 3 standen kiezen in hoe sterk het uiteindelijke volume is. Op standje L kan je zeker in de slaapkamer spelen.

Wat ik jammer vindt is dat standje h(igh) net niet hard genoeg is om met een drummer mee te kunnen komen. Maar dat zal ook weer van je versterker en de gevoeligheid van je speakers af hangen.
