General
You can look to the sea for your peace and quiet, and indeed: few things are as relaxing as the sound of the surf. Not much use if you live on a mountain, of course, but with the Sela Ocean Drum you bring the surf to your home. It is actually a kind of closed frame drum, so you can beat it rhythmically with your open hand. But it also contains grains, and by moving this ocean drum in the right way, you can hear the rustling of the surf. Musically interesting, and in terms of meditation a very beautiful instrument!
