The base is formed by a mahogany solid body which, let's be honest, is a fat nod to the famous StingRay models. One Sire Standard MM humbucker was chosen in combination with an active Marcus Heritage-3 preamp. This allows you to shape the sound in detail to your own taste.
Marcus Miller Z3 4-String: fine playing experience
Besides the versatile sound, you can also count on a great playing experience. This is because Sire uses an "Edgeless" maple fingerboard. This means that the edges are nicely rounded, making the bass feel instantly familiar. The 22 medium jumbo frets and flat 12-inch fingerboard radius also contribute to the high playing comfort.
