This is the Phoenix Bass form fit guitar case from ESP. A beautiful hard case with moulded inlay, made for the bass guitars in the Phoenix series. If you own such a bass guitar, it's not a bad idea to invest in a sturdy case. It can protect it from major and minor damages, such as scratches, liquids and bigger accidents.
