Innovative from every angle, the Ortega TourPlayer Deluxe electric-acoustic classical guitar combines the tight playability of an electric guitar with the warm and resonant tone of a nylon-stringed classical guitar. The okoume body features specially developed resonance chambers that not only support the acoustic sound of this progressive model but ensure non-existent on-stage feedback. Meanwhile, the amplified sound is made possible by an integrated Magus X preamp system complete with volume, bass, mid and treble controls for dialling in the specifics.
The Ortega TourPlayer Deluxe: Maximum Playing Comfort
Any guitarists that are more familiar with the playing feel of an electric guitar can easily make the transition with this model. For a start, the Ortega TourPlayer Deluxe has been finished with a bone nut that's just 48mm wide, which is a touch narrower than that of more traditional Spanish guitars, bringing the feel closer to an electric solid-body. The okoume neck has also been given a round, Slender-D profile to support smooth and comfy fret navigation and, since aesthetics are just as important when it comes to any stage-ready instrument, the Deluxe edition comes topped with a stunning slice of acacia wood, outlined in flame maple body binding.
