A product becomes B-stock when it can no longer be sold as new. It can simply be a product that has been returned by a customer or it may have packaging that is damaged or missing. It’s possible that the product itself may show slight signs of use or damage too. All B-stock products are fully checked to ensure that they work properly and you can find details of why the product is a B-stock in the information above.
The B-stock tab on the product page shows information about the B-stock product. Be aware that this information supersedes anything you may read in the product description. The product description includes text and specifications about the product in its brand-new state. It’s possible that a B-stock item may be missing accessories mentioned in the text or specifications, for instance, but if so, this will always be mentioned in the B-stock information. B-stock products also include photos of the actual B-stock item so that you can see exactly what it looks like.
The B-stock photos allow you to see the actual B-stock product you are considering purchasing. The photos show the following::
Packaging in good condition: undamaged (sticky tape residue may be visible)
Packaging damaged: box has dents, tears and/or holes
Packaging missing: replaced with a Bax Music box
New: the product itself is new, but the packaging may not look new
Signs of use (no damage or scratches): smudges, fingerprints and/or dust
Scratches/damage: product has scratches and/or damage
Yes! Our 30-Day Trial Period also applies to B-stock products.
Yes! Our usual Bax Music warranty also applies to most B-stock products.

If you own a (digital) piano, you really do need a piano lamp, just so you can always read your sheet music. Moreover, it adds a nice bit of atmosphere during dark winter times. Should you want a great piano lamp, you'd be well advised to order Konig & Meyer's black 12296 LED piano lamp. This fixture is equipped with LED technology, making it incredibly energy efficient while providing a more than sufficient 2,500 lux. Thanks to the gooseneck, you can optimally position the light source to shine on the music without blinding you. What's more, the base is quite heavy, so the lamp won't tumble over easily.
Please note: only the lamp (with power adapter) is delivered.
