General

Fazley's BC-120PB is a wooden banjo case designed to protect your instrument during transport. It has a brown finish on the outside with a matching handle and a 7 mm-thick green plush lining on the inside. There's a separate compartment for accessories and the case is equipped with 3 bronze-coloured latches, one of which has a lock for extra security. The case is suitable for 4, 5 and 6-string banjos with a maximum body diameter of 35 cm.

Case delivered on time (to the minute actually!)and very well packaged .. at this price point its an extremely well made case, better than I had anticipated. Would have liked to see better padding around the neck-head area, and the carrying handle is slightly out of position for comfortable balance if carrying far .. but again I stress, at this price point I doubt you will find better. I wouldn't trust my RB-250 to it if I didn't stand by the comments I've made!

Een werkelijk schitterende Fazley koffer, prachtig lichtbruine uitvoering gecombineerd met groen pluche binnenkan en bronskleurige sloten waarin mijn 5-snarige banjo perfect past. Voor de prijs hoef je het zeker niet te laten en vind je ook geen betere...

Bon case que je recommande!

Au niveau taille j'y ai mis un banjo ténor Barnes & Mullins de 19 frettes. Mais contrairement à d'autres cases pour banjo souvent le petit rangement gêne. Là, il y a de la marge, je pense donc qu'un ténor de 17 frette pourrait également passer. Le resonator qui fait pile 35 cm de diamètre sur mon ténor passe même s'il faut forcer un peu. Il est bien calé du coup. J ai essayé également un banjo 5 cordes gold tone ça va comme un gant! Pour un banjo open back par contre, il faudra juste prévoir le rajout d'une petite mousse le fût du banjo étant assez petit. Niveau finition et visuel le produit est correct voir même plutôt très joli! Il y a sur le revêtement marron une sorte de petit motif que je n avais pas vu sur la photo de présentation, mais ç est plutôt classe. Et la couleur marron change des habituels case noir...

Il y a un peu de jeu sur une des attaches de la poignée. A voir dans le temps ce que cela dira mais je ne suis pas inquiète ça semble solide.

Pour ma part, je ne regrette nullement mon achat. Au conttraire j en suis satisfaite. Ce case est beau, il fait bien le job et en plus il est pas chère ! Et il est bien équilibré une fois le banjo à l intérieur.
