Offering a synthetic alternative to calfskin that comes as close as it gets, this bass drumhead has a traditional look and feel while bearing a more consistent size and enhanced tuning stability. The Evans '56 Calftone drumhead has the familiarly warm, full, and rich sound of 12 mil thick mylar blended with a unique mix of materials, and this 22 inch bass drum edition can be installed as a batter or resonant head as needed.

• Please note: Evans changed the logo on the drumhead in the middle of 2019. Up until then, 'Level 360' was also printed on the surface. You may receive a drumhead with or without the updated logo, but apart from that they're exactly the same. The box was also updated at the end of 2019.
