BA-210 v2: Improved Design

When compared to the previous model, the design of the BA-210 has undergone some considerable adjustments. The controls have been shifted to the front panel, the electronics have had an overhaul and the housing has been given an asymmetrical shape so that it can be aimed at a 60-degree angle for more detailed and direct sound.

Pre-Amplification and Bass Scrambler Overdrive

The pre-amp is based on bespoke Ampeg development and design and enables extensive tone control. In addition to a standard 3-band equalizer, the Ampeg BA-210 v2 has an Ultra Lo and an Ultra Hi circuit. If the Ultra Lo circuit is activated, enveloping warmth is immediately noticeable, while enabling the Ultra Hi circuit injects high-end and attack by boosting all frequencies above 8kHz with five decibels. Kick in the Bass Scrambler overdrive circuit and degrade you sound with a deliciously classic, tube-like overdrive.
