You can easily bring this immensely powerful bass guitar amplifier from the renewed Rumble series to any performance. The Fender Rumble 200 is equipped with a 200-watt amp that drives a 15-inch Eminence speaker. Also, it features a compression tweeter that can be separately switched to provide your bass sound with some clearly audible attack. Fender opted for a D-class amplifier and a lightweight construction to reduce the total weight of the Rumble 200 to under 16 kilos. Another prominent feature of this combo is its finish: black vinyl and silver-coloured grille cloth for that classic Blackface look. You can use the XLR line output to send a direct signal to a mixer and use the speaker output to connect an external speaker cabinet.
The Force of the Rumble 200
The Rumble 200 is well equipped. Its sound doesn't just have extra power and depth, but can also been extensively edited. Engage the overdrive circuit, for instance, to add distortion to the sound of your bass and subsequently adjust its volume and intensity with the drive and level controls. The Rumble is equipped with a foot switch input so you can quickly turn the overdrive on or off with the optional foot switch. You can further influence the sound with the 4-band tone control (bass, treble and 2x mid) and three voicing switches: the punchy sounding Contour, the traditional Vintage and the clear Bright. Practical features of this guitar include the 3.5mm jack connectors for headphones and aux input and the Send/Returns for an effects loop.

L'ampli :
Ergonomie : il est plus maniable qu'un MARKBASS 15 pouces qui sont des cubes. Celui ci est plus rectangulaire, donc c'est mieux. Il est assez léger 15,6 kg c'est surprenant par rapport à sa masse.
La finition est bonne, sans être exceptionnelle, le tolex grille s'enlève et se remet facilement, la poignée a l'air solide, on aurait apprécié des roulettes tout de même.
Le panneau arrière est assez complet mais l'entrée aux-in en mini jack stéréo c'est pas vraiment pratique pour mon usage.
Les sons : j'utilise un fender US Elite JAZZ BASSE et je dois dire que la palette de sons avec les 3 voicings de l'ampli et le préamp actif de la basse, c'est de la balle !!!! tout y passe mais le meilleur c'est en slap, quelle giffle...la profondeur du 15 pouces est excellente et même avec ma guitare électro acoustique (en enclenchant le horn) le son est magnifique, puissant, plein, presque cristallin.
Avec une 5 cordes le SI est bien défini.
Que dire de plus ? oui en fait cet ampli ne plaît pas à ma femme et mes enfants quand je dépasse 2/3 au compteur (sur 12) car les murs de la maison tremble. J'aurais du prendre la version rumble 100 mais je voulais absolument un 15 pouces en HP. Avec cet ampli, on tient en respect n'importe quel grateux et batteur nerveux en répet, si si
Une valeur sûre à un prix correct, les italiens vont devoir baisser un peu leur prix s'ils veulent continuer à rester sur ce marché.
