General

The Bartolini 5-String Classic J-Bass (57CBJD-S1), Neck, Black is a passive bass guitar pickup, designed for bassists who want to refine their sound without major modifications. Thanks to its split-coil design, you’ll enjoy a powerful, warm tone that remains clear and well-defined, whether you’re playing in active or passive mode. The ceramic blade magnets deliver a wide frequency range and prevent unwanted noise, even when strumming, plucking or slapping vigorously. Free from sweat and crackling, this pickup performs reliably in any live or studio setting, and its precise tuning makes it suitable for a variety of genres, from jazz to metal. This neck-mounted model, designed for American Standard and Deluxe V J-Basses, is hum-cancelling and easy to integrate with existing electronics.
