General

The Bartolini 5-String Original Single Coil J-Bass (59S72-S) neck pickup brings the classic, rich sound of the 1970s straight to your fingertips. Thanks to its dual-coil inline design, this pickup is fully hum-cancelling, regardless of whether you’re using just the neck or bridge pickup – ideal for studio or live performances. The carbon steel and ferrite (ceramic) blade magnets provide a wide string spacing of up to 72 mm, without any issues with string alignment. With a resonance frequency of 4 kHz and a DC resistance of 8.2 kOhm, it delivers a warm, deep and clear single-coil sound that enhances the natural character of your bass. The epoxy seal prevents unwanted contact noise and ensures years of reliable performance.
