This Gallien-Krueger NEO 112-II bi-amp bass speaker cabinet is the smallest member of the NEO series, but it sure does pack a punch! It offers 300 watts of power and features a 15-inch Neodymium woofer and adjustable tweeter. This 8-ohm cabinet delivers high performance and weighs only 14 kilograms! It's also equipped with a bass reflex unit for extra punch in the low frequencies.
Gallien Krueger NEO 112-II: Bi-amp system
GK NEO speaker cabinets are equipped with an innovative bi-amp tweeter system, so when you connect an amplifier to it, (like the GK 1001RB-II), then you can use the included 4-pin SpeakON cable to deactivate the internal passive crossover. The amp will then send any frequencies above 5 kHz to the tweeter so you can adjust the tweeter volume on the amp instead of on the rear of the cabinet.
Bi-amp and full-range
On the rear of the NEO 112-II, you'll find a panel with both a SpeakON and a jack input. The SpeakON input has a switch so you can use it in bi-amp (4-pin cable) or full-range mode (2-pin cable). The jack is suitable for full-range use only. Furthermore, you'll find a large knob for fine-tuning the tweeter volume (in full-range mode only) between -2 dB, normal and +2 dB.

- Please note: the included 4-pin SpeakON cable is used for bi-amp mode. A 2-pin SpeakON cable or jack cable is used for full-range mode.
