Great cab, plenty of bottom end so sounds like a 15" without the weight and taking up room in the back seat... perfect for small,medium size pub gigs

Very pleased with the Gnome 12/4 CAB.
I had a Gnome (200W) amp for almost 2 years now and have been using it with a very old 8ohm 15” cab for practicing . I wanted a smaller size cab that sounded bigger and could be convenient for small gigs. This does the job perfectly for me. I chose the 12” version because the specification shows a much lower bottom frequency when compared with the other Gnome cabs, which is important for me. I like to have a full bass sound down to the low E, and after a couple of hours playing to “run in”, this cab delivers that with clarity.
I play in a 3 piece with guitar and drums and when I used it for the first time at a rehearsal the guys said, “you should use that for the next gig”, which is in a local Pub. This 4ohm cab a with the Gnome amp sounds great and is plenty loud enough for small gigs.
