Made for combating unwanted low-frequency resonance, the Auralex DST-LENRD bass trap absorbs so-called low-end 'nodes' and has been tailored to match the rest of the Auralex Designer Series acoustic solutions so you can finish a balanced, uniform set-up. In addition to charcoal grey, the DST Series features burgundy red and purple models.

LENRD: Low-End Node Reduction Device

The frequency response in most rooms peaks at various specific frequencies called nodes. The LENRD bass trap, short for Low-End Node Reduction Device, has been designed to counter nodes and significantly reduce the amount of hindering low-resonance in the room or studio. Since nodes often occur in corners, Auralex have thoughtfully shaped the DST-LENRD bass trap to neatly slot into a corner.
