The Sela Gong Mallet Vikrampal Natural Balance – Medium Frosted Olive is designed for musicians and sound practitioners who want to get the most out of their gong. This professional mallet from the Natural Balance series was developed in close collaboration with the experienced gong player Vikrampal and strikes the perfect balance: a well-rounded, stable tone. Thanks to its medium weight of approximately 210 grams and the 75 mm round head, made from Sherpa fleece, you can produce a soft yet clear response on both small and large gongs. The solid maple handle (27 cm long) sits comfortably in the hand, whilst the detachable leather loop ensures extra ease of play. Whether you want to bring out deep tones or subtle overtones, this mallet offers a coherent tonal spectrum with clear lows, mids and highs.
