With the EarthQuaker Devices Utility Buffer/Preamp, you can counter signal loss when using long cables or running a bunch of true bypass pedals. Boasting a high input impedance and a low output impedance, this buffer pedal restores signal integrity while adding the extra sonic depth of a powerful bass register boost. While it's generally recommended to place your buffer pedal at the start of the signal chain, the EQD Buffer/Preamp actually gives you optimum results when it's placed at the end.
