The flexible and future-thinking dynamic Samson Q9U broadcasting microphone comes fitted with both a standard XLR output and an ultra-fast USB-C output so that it be directly connected to a PC or Mac to make high-resolution 24-bit/96kHz recordings to your software of choice. No drivers needed.
The Samson Q9U: Radio Ready
On the back of the microphone, a pair of switches have been fitted for colouring the response. The upper switch applies a light boost in the higher frequencies to enhance clarity and ensure clear, understandable recordings when it comes to speech. The lower switch filters out all of the lowest frequencies, which removes the ambient noise of passing trucks and traffic, while ensuring that your voice retains clarity when sitting close to the microphone.
