The Eurolite Steel Rope (SC) 400x3mm is a short, black steel cable with a steel core, designed for rigging and installation work in lighting and event technology. Measuring 400 mm in length and with a diameter of 3 mm, the assembly remains compact, making it ideal for suspending or securing luminaires, small effects, scenery or signage from truss, brackets or ceiling points. The cable can support loads of up to 100 kg when used correctly with suitable hardware, making it suitable for both portable set-ups and permanent installations. The black coating is discreet and reflects very little stage lighting. A fastener such as a carabiner, quick link or shackle is not included; please select one separately to suit your application and working load. Check the cable for kinks and wear, and observe the minimum bend radius during every installation.
