General
With the Palmer MCT DMX, you test cables with both 3- and 5-pin XLR connectors, such as DMX cables. How it works is very simple: you plug in both sides of your cable and turn the tester on. In automatic mode, all 3 or 5 pins of the cable are tested and in manual mode you can select these pins yourself. LEDs give a clear indication of which pins are working properly. Thanks to two supplied brackets, the tester can be easily attached to, for example, a case or mixer table, so it is always in a convenient place to test cables and cannot get lost.
