The SKB iSeries for the Canon R5 C is a hard case specially designed to transport your Canon R5 C Cinema Camera safely. Inside, you’ll find a custom, high-quality foam interior that’s cut to exact specifications, ensuring your camera remains securely and stably in place. As well as the camera, there’s space for two LP-E6NH batteries, the LC-E6 battery charger and even a Tascam CA-XLR2d-C microphone adapter. This means you can carry a complete, ready-to-use kit in a single case, with the protection you’d expect from a genuine iSeries case.

Layout for lens and accessories

Your lens set has also been taken into account in the design. The lens cut-out is tailored to the Canon RF24-70mm f/2.8 L IS USM, but also accommodates similar lenses, such as the Canon RF24-105mm. The lens cut-out is 6.25 inches long and features a carefully designed width and depth layout, ensuring that both the camera body and lens hood fit neatly. There is also a large accessory compartment measuring 10.375” x 4.25” x 4”, ideal for a power supply, spare lens, cables or other essentials that you prefer to carry in an organised manner.

MIL-STD protection in the iSeries version

The case is injection-moulded and made from ultra-high-strength polypropylene copolymer resin. Thanks to its gasket-sealed construction, this case is water- and dust-tight and even submersible in accordance with MIL-STD 810H, with extra resistance to corrosion and impact damage. Standard features include a moulded-in hinge, padlock loops, the Trigger Latch® System, a snap-down rubber over-moulded handle and an automatic pressure-equalisation valve (MIL-STD 810H). Please note: this model does not have built-in wheels, ensuring it remains compact and easy to handle.
